About the Role
A successful candidate will be responsible for;
Providing support to the Owners, Chefs, and General Manager during their shifts.
Monitoring kitchen equipment and reporting any issues to supervisors as needed.
Aiding in the upkeep of kitchen and food hygiene standards by ensuring food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitary.
Washing utensils and dishes, ensuring they are stored properly.
Cleaning food preparation equipment, ovens, pans, and other tools.
Maintaining cleanliness of the floors and disposing of waste properly.
Receiving food deliveries, storing them appropriately, checking sell-by dates, and rotating stock.
Ensuring clear communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Assisting the Head Chef with basic preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
Completing checklists to adhere to due diligence requirements.
Requirements
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Hospitality is a high-pressure environment, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to remain calm under stress, manage multiple tasks, and exhibit strong organisational skills.
Able to prioritise and present exceptional organisational skills.
The candidate should be available to work both day and evening shifts.
Possess a remarkable work ethic.
Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.

While previous experience in hospitality is preferred, it is not mandatory, and weekend availability is essential, as we operate from Thursday to Sunday.
WHAT WE OFFER
Flexible hours ranging from 6 to 18 per week
Competitive pay of £8.60 per hour for those under 20, £11.44 per hour over 21.
A 12.5% service charge along with tips distributed fairly based on the number of services worked, paid out monthly
Regular Sundays off, in addition to a standard Monday to Wednesday off schedule
Annual closure Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day, in addition to two weeks in January.
